WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE:

- Engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls in both the Brazilian (BR) and English (EN) markets.
- Listen attentively to customers' concerns and provide effective solutions, focusing on the commercial aspects.
- Demonstrate technical expertise while handling customer requests and efficiently multitask to address their needs.
- Utilize remote connectivity tools to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly and accurately.
- Effectively present and articulate the features and benefits of our products to foster customer loyalty.
- Actively promote, up-sell and cross-sell our services and products to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue generation.
- Strive to meet the quality and quantity objectives established by your manager.
- Perform remote cleaning procedures as required, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to defined processes and proficiently utilize relevant tools to streamline operations.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of recorded customer issues for future reference and analysis.
- Adapt quickly to changes within the support department and the organization, retaining and applying evolving information effectively.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Portuguese Native with fluent level of English
- Availability to work Brazil (UTC−3) time zone (night shift) is a must.
- Day shifts and office visit requests by the manager must be respected and attended on-site.
- Previous experience in sales or IT/tech support is a plus.
- Excellent communication and social skills.
- Passionate about technology.
- Be a team player: flexible, supportive, encouraging, prepared to listen, learn and improve together.
