postesyour main missions are: - plan and coordinate a team of service technicians in providing customer support and maintenance. - perform analysis on the company's systèms and provide documented reports to management. - perform corrective actions on company's products. - work closely with the design engineers for design analyses, build and modifications. - investigate and resolve électronic failures or unexpected maintenance problems. - adjust, calibrate, align and modify circuitry and components and record effects and impact o them. - check and evaluate systèm performance under actual operating conditions. profil recherché you need to have the following requirements and competencies: - a diploma bac+5 in électronical, electrical or mechanical engineering, with 4 to 5 years' experience in électronical service engineer field or equivalent. - knowledge of analysing, interpreting and designing électronic/electrical/mechanical drawings. - knowledge in standard practices, materials, tools, and test equipments used in électronical instrumentation. - strong analytical and problem solving skills in électronic, electrical and mechanical systèms and equipments. - capable of using and caring for électronic tools, and test equipment. - customer oriented, with good teamwork spirit and strong management skills. - proficient in local dialect, french and english language - spoken and written is mandatory. - knowledge and skills in computer hardware and software (industrial computing, network, plc programming ‘programmable logic controller'. - knowledge in problem report writings and presentations.
