-client support by the phone, email and online chat;
- consulting clients about on-line payments, e-commerce and financial services;
- checking e-commerce project applications and enabling services;

Profil recherché
We are seeking profiles that fit the following criterias.
-at least 2 years' of customer support experience;
- Good computer skills and knowledge;
-Typing speed
- strong knowledge of German, English and Arabic languages.

from 07am to midnight (8h/days + 30 minutes of lunch break)
40h/week
2 days off per week
Possibility to have weekend per month

Amplitude horaire

Between 23 and 28 dhs per hour.

Salaire Net + primes

Working hours: from 07h am to 09h pm (8h/days + 30 minutes of lunch break)
