About Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr, Morocco:
This incredible hotel project located in the capital of Morocco sits on 15 acres and consists of 13 buildings for accommodation, restaurants, lobby, located within lush gardens, in and outdoor pools and overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
The Role of Shift Engineer:
We currently have an opportunity for Shift Engineer to join our pre-opening Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr team in Morocco!
Reporting into our Chief Engineer you will be responsible for diagnosing and providing service and repairs to hotel equipment including electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, heating/cooling, painting, carpentry, structural, recycling, ground care, parking areas, outsourced gardening team, fire and safety. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that all inquiries are responded to in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to deliver the highest of standards consistently and to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests and employees.
Responsibilities will include implementing and handling preventative maintenance of all equipment, diagnosing and handling repairs of equipment, responding to guest calls regarding maintenance of rooms and equipment in rooms or public areas, responding to emergency maintenance conditions, installing or relocating electrical and mechanical systems when necessary and assisting with the hotel energy conservation programs in the hotel.
Our Ideal Shift Engineer candidate will have:
Repair and Maintenance experience in a hotel/resort environment and have expert technical knowledge of general building maintenance and environmental standards. Additionally, you will have excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, have the highest level of integrity and transparency, strong technical expertise, an eye for detail, and a passion for service.
Fluency in French, Arabic and English is a must for this location, along with eligibility to work in Morocco.
