You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
The Revenue Analyst is responsible to work closely with Cluster Revenue, and hotel Marketing /Sales and other relevant Rooms Departments to maximize Room Yield through Inventory Control while delivering exceptional customer service in line with the Hyatt's Brand Standards, as well as to assist in managing the Reservations.
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager in Revenue or Reservation department or as Team Leader in larger operation.
Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
