Job Description

The Client resolution group works with locally deployed Client Services experts to develop and deliver the support model for Visa issuers, acquirers, processors and merchants worldwide. This includes day-to-day operations and production support, back office support and customer performance reporting.


This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.



Qualifications
  • Bachelors/Master's Degree
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a customer-facing role in software, financial or information services, or payments industry
  • Experience within card processing/ card technologies/ implementation project management within payments departments would be beneficial
  • Language – proficient in English and French would be bneficial
  • Strong communication and business writing skills
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to absorb technical information and strive for continuous learning
  • Working knowledge of VisaNet Integrated Payment (VIP) and Base II systems, EMV and Visa Integrated Circuit (VIS) technical specifications
  • Must be a self-starter with strong organization and resolution management skills
  • Customer focus with proven ability to establish productive working relationships with staff and management at all levels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Tableau
