Vos missions au quotidien



As a business management officer in RSR perimeter, you will be in charge of:
* Maintain credit limits referential, audit trail and alert thresholds in intraday risk monitoring tools
* Perform and analyze daily monitoring reports
* Support day-to-day review and validation on different risk processes
* Prepare, compute, and present rigorous market risk analysis
* Design, implement and run regular controls making sure the monitoring framework remains effective and accurate
* Provide support and expertise to onshore Risk teams, Credit and other departments
* Help in preparing and follow up on ad hoc or regular governance committees providing material, analyses, minutes …
* Make recommendations for process improvements and efficiencies
* Financial markets knowledge and preferably, an experience in Investment banking/ financial services industry
* Product knowledge (e.g. Listed and OTC-Derivatives)
* Strong analytical skills and an aptitude for numbers with excellent attention to detail
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Team player, proactively shares information and collaborates with others
* Reliable professional conduct
* Ability to work autonomously and be responsible for following matters through to completion
* Language requirements if applicable are as defined to support the role purpose and coverage areas. (English is the business language for SG)
* IT literate and show interest in data visualization/automation (i.e. with Python, VBA, Tableau)
Société Générale Africa Technologies and Services (SG ATS) is a subsidiary of Société Générale Group that was created in 2014 with a purpose of providing flexible and efficient solutions to the bank's trading rooms in Europe (mainly in Paris and London). MARK/EQD/RSR/PSC is part of the 1st line of defense for the Prime Services business line with high expertise in managing the clients counterparty risks for PSC providing a global coverage with resources located in EMEA, APAC, AMER.
The team has been created as part of the Dolce Project – Acquisition and integration of the New edge brokerage activities in 2015.
The position is based in Casablanca (Morocco).
