As an Account Manager at GuestReady, your tasks will be:
Manage a portfolio of owners and be capable of addressing all their requests. Work closely with our team of Account Managers in France. Ensure owner satisfaction throughout their collaboration with us. Collaborate with our business development team to ensure the successful onboarding of new accounts. Contribute to process optimization.
Profile :
3-5 experience in customer relations is essential. Excellent communication skills of both French and English (French is mandatory). Ability to work with your own equipment. Proficiency in interacting with clients confidently and amiably. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, work under pressure, and provide excellent customer service. Skill in task prioritization and effective time management.
