A core member of Levant and North Africa (LevNA) HR team. Acts as HR business partner for business functions across Levant and North Africa (LevNA) to deliver value-added services to management and employees in alignment with Organization strategic objectives.
Partners with managers to provide support on different HR processes such as talent management, organizational and cultural transformation, performance management, compensation and benefits, labor law, employees relations, miscellaneous HR solutions. Support with the implementation of HR strategy, the HR Operating Model, acts as compliance steward in HR related matters.
