A core member of Levant and North Africa (LevNA) HR team. Acts as HR business partner for business functions across Levant and North Africa (LevNA) to deliver value-added services to management and employees in alignment with Organization strategic objectives.


Partners with  managers to provide support on different HR processes such as talent management, organizational and cultural transformation, performance management, compensation and benefits, labor law, employees relations, miscellaneous HR solutions. Support with the implementation of HR strategy, the HR Operating Model, acts as compliance steward in HR related matters.


Responsibilities:


  • Understands Company strategy and business priorities and supports their implementation
  • Partners with LevNA HR lead in driving the HR strategy and priorities and works on their implementation
  • Builds a strong business relationship with our business leaders, and shows a genuine interest in obtaining a good understanding of the business
  • Acts as a change agent for cultural transformation, building culture of diversity and inclusion
  • Supports in managing complex employee-related issues, and collaborates with Employee Delegates
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of labor law legal requirements & company SOPs
  • Partners with the legal department as needed/required, provides HR policy guidance and interpretation
  • Assists in driving programs across Morocco in the area of talent management, diversity and inclusion, C&B

Required Skills:


  • Bachelor or a Master's degree with an HR or other relevant orientation
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in HR function (preferably as an HR-generalist), experience in a relevant business environment (like multinationals) is an asset
  • Strong communication and consultative skills allowing you to manage different stakeholders
  • Ability to develop a good understanding of business issues, identify and deliver HR-solutions to meet business needs
  • Good analytical skills with ability to understand data and propose data-driven solutions
  • Flexible and able to adapt quickly to changing environments (change management)
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and best practices
  • Team player, thriving on supporting the business and working together with colleagues
  • Understanding of Compensation & Benefits principles and market practices is a plus
  • Fluent in English & French
