Profil recherché : Main Duties:
- Process and investigate content flagged by our security system for potential fraudulent and/or non-compliant behaviour.
- Process and approve descriptions, photos and video content of adverts per our guidelines. Where necessary, remove and/or amend user-generated content and communicate these changes to the user.
- Regularly review any adverts that have been reported to us as potential fraud and take the appropriate action.
- Maintain an excellent working knowledge of scam patterns and scam detection techniques by keeping up to date with any updates or new patterns shared by other members of our team.
- Process accounts flagged for review on the User Watchlist. Document investigations clearly for company records and communicate findings with site users where appropriate.
- Investigate and respond to reports from site users, ensuring that any action taken is appropriate and in accordance with our processes.
- Speak to site users via phone where necessary.
- Process agency due diligence checks, both for newly registered agents and existing agents annually and/or where necessary.
- Liaise with the police and local authorities regarding account investigations where necessary and appropriate.
