Job Description :

Process Champions serve as mentors and facilitators, they provide support, answer questions, coordinate activities, and help customers overcome obstacles that could derail positive momentum if left unattended. It's a critical role where the advisor should define benefit, Retirement Benefits and Pension Benefits.

On a daily basis the process champions will assure Processing and Quality checking, Process reporting and training, Queue Allocation & Management,Update SOPs and other process documents and finally maintain Manual Calculation.

Roles and Responsibilities :
Supporting pension administration teams
Ability to work with multiple parties and stakeholders
Performing complex defined benefit calculations
Supporting implementation of new clients
Supporting plan amendments
Ability to support multiple clients at the same time

Profil Recherché

Qualification and Skills :
Graduate/Post graduate with a strong background in mathematics or statistics
1-2 years of experience in pension operations
Proficient in plan document interpretation and regulation
Experience of applying plan document concepts into pension calculations
Good communication skills
Proficient with MS Excel
