Tasks :
Driving client workshops to understand requirements and/or present and validate potential solutions
Reviewing and Analysing the client's business operations and processes and recommending improvements
Ability to document Business Requirements and Functional Solution Design of high quality with no ambiguity.
Ability to effectively communicate business requirements to programmers/technical teams from an IT angle.
Deliver owned tasks within the schedule and timelines agreed with Project Manager and/or Client
Researching of alternative approaches to problems
Supporting the client in their goals of execution excellence for their run business
Managing issues and risks with Project Manager as required
Support related teams as required to ensure successful delivery of projects (e.g. Functional, Technical, Reporting)
QA and Test end to end processes
Profile :
Atleast 7-10 years of P&C Insurance and preferrable if candidate is having Reinsurance experience
Should have core insurance domain process knowledge in any at least one of the functional areas like : Accounting, Claims, Policy administration, Underwriting, Reinsurance
Having software product development experience is a plus
Experience in defining/documenting business requirements
Ability to understand/follow/define processes of end-client business operations
Experience in working with use cases, specifications, process flows, data models, test cases etc.
Ability to effectively communicate business requirements to all stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, listening, presentation, and facilitation
Preferred experience in pre-sales, RFP, RFI responding, providing demo to prospects and generating workflows of product functionalities
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Good analytical skills
Domain certifications like III, INS, CII, CPCU preferred
