JOB DESCRIPTION:

As Area Yield Manager you will be leading and developing a Yield team to achieve the targets (usually trading based on production) set up for the region.

The Key responsibilities are around competitiveness, in terms of rates and availability. Therefore, the AYM, should define the right strategy together with the RM, ensure the implementation, and constantly adapt them in line with the market behavior.
Accountabilities
* Ensure the team is aware about their own priorities and targets
* Design the strategy, at the team and individual level, to make sure everyone is contributing to reach the regional target
* Monitor the results of each team member towards target and support in case of deviation
* Maintain constant communication with the RM or/and ACM to ensure smooth application of the strategy and adapt in case it is necessary
* Develop and train the Yield Manages on all the necessary tools that can help them to excelling in their work
* Lead a team of Yield Managers, making sure the team understands the business strategy
* Regular team follow up on targets (offers, availability, competitiveness, and sales), analyzing the reports extracted from internal tools (Salesforce, Accelerate, Atlas, Wizard...) to define and prioritize next steps.
* Analyze market trends and evolution making sure the team has all the available information of the destinations such us strategy, expectations, objectives, changes, or relevant information with transparency through group or individual meetings/conference calls to guarantee all the team members are fully aware and informed.
