As an Executive Assistant to Genaral Manager you will be responsible for various administrative tasks, including managing phone calls, organizing meetings, preparing reports, coordinating calendars, managing emails and other related tasks.



  •       Proactive and able to multitask,
  •       Ability to synthesize and track opening schedules,
  •       Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents,
  •       Management of the agenda and making appointments with the general manager,
  •       Plan the trips of the general manager,
  •       Organize and coordinate meetings & document meeting minutes,
  •       Assisting & handling all secretarial work for the office of general manager,
  •       Excellent command of English and French languages,
  •       From 3 to 5 years of professional experience,
  •       Flexible working hours and ability to work within a limited notification period,
  •       Has the advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office,
  •       Customer relations skills desired,
