Profil Recherché

REQUIREMENTS:

* Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
* Bachelor's degree in HR, Master is preferable.
* Previous experience as an HR Coordinator.
* Capacity to manage the payroll procedure and explain to employees their payslips.
* Excellent people skills.
* Problem solver attitude.
* Extreme attention to details.
* Flexible and pro-active “can-do attitude”.
* Punctual, reliable, and loyal to the company and fellow colleagues.
* Knowledge of labour law.
* Outstanding communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
* Advanced MS Office user with a focus on Excel use.
* Passion for driving the best candidate experience.

WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE

* Administration and aid in legal aspect.
* Support with the human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, and regulations.
* Keep track of leave time, such as vacation, personal and sick leave of employees.
* Compile employee time, production, and payroll data from timesheets and other records.
* Prepare and maintain employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions.
* In charge of all employee documentation, including elaborations of payrolls, contracts, etc.
* Dealing with day-to-day HR queries monitoring staff performance and attendance.
