Position Summary:


The position holder is responsible for carrying out all HR function tasks and support to Viatris Morocco reporting directly to Head of HR North Africa . This includes, but not limited to: Recruitment and employer branding activities, preparation of offers, payroll, creating Pos, and employees data update.


Primary Tasks:


  • Full awareness & implementation of internal policies to answer employees inquiries and requests.
  • Follow up on different projects with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure deadlines are met regarding all assigned HR activities.
  • Prepare reports as per requirements.
  • Draft announcements
  • Prepare data and fill up forms to be submitted on workday.
  • Complete any assigned task as required on timely manner
  • Initial CV screening and interviews scheduling.
  • Attendance in all employer branding activities to represent the company.
  • Responsible for employee onboarding and offboarding follow up and adherence to labor law.
  • Follow up with leave status, leave approval, and update system to ensure accuracy of employee records
  • Support in exit interviews process and data analysis
  • Conduct relevant data, analytics and input for rewards and employee relations 
  • Conduct talent management processes.
  • Support on reflecting relevant changes in organization design
  • Drafting policies and SOPs.
  • Connect with universities and organizers to plan for employment fairs and internship programs.
  • Provide HR advice guided by local labour laws and other relevant regulations.
  • Maintaining active relations with business functions and engaging to provide functional support
  • Handling the performance management annual cycle and merit increases with the direct manager.
  • Fulfilling all recruitment needs for local resources based on recruiting strategy and demand
  • Lead and advise vendor or contracted resources for project-based initiatives
  • Interview candidates for open positions
  • Responsible for all workday data update and effectiveness

Level of Responsibility:


Tasks are performed under the general direction of the direct Manager ; however, the incumbent is fully responsible for the operational / business results of his/ her job.


Essential Personal Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in HR.
  • Fluent English Language (written & spoken).
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Excellent typing skills with high speed in both Arabic and English
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Arabic and English
  • Organized and Disciplined
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management skills
