Job Description
We are seeking to hire a dedicated, organized, and efficient "Automotive aftermarket technical support_ANAPEC f/m" to join our team. You will work closely to coordinate and complete position's tasks as follow:
- Direct technical support for selected countries in North-Africa region (commissioning, technical training, product training, technical hotline, and workshop concept development),
- Go-to-market implementation / Distribution strategy,
- Planning and coordination of technical training activities in assigned countries,
- Technical support for Bosch workshop concepts,
- Development of the Bosch service network within its own region in conjunction with Workshop Concepts,
- Planning, organization, and coordination of Audits Service Quality Assessment, Audit Service Quality Test and Master Pump audits (Diesel Test Bench Audits),
- Participation in the promotion of Bosch technical training on the market,
- Support Bosch workshop network's strategy (Modules, Bosch Car Service & Diesel Service).
Qualifications
EDUCATION
- Automotive engineering qualification with deep technical and organizational skills.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 1 year experience in a technical role within the automotive service and repair industry. Original equipment manufacturer or aftermarket Electric Vehicle experience.
SKILLS
- In depth understanding of automotive systems, product operation and diagnostic equipment.
- Experience in an Automotive workshop service and repair environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-developed technical and methodological competence
- Well-developed time management and organisational skills
- Strong MS Office Suite and Windows operating system knowledge.
- Customer relationship management.
- Fluent in Arabic, French & English
