As a Customer advisor Agent on behalf of a Social media account you will have to answer calls and emails with the primary goal of consistently delivering excellent customer service. (Technical assistance, Questions and complaints…).
* Respond by chat and email to an assortment of customer situations.
* Deliver technical assistance regarding some advertising activities. (Ads, Campaigns...)
* Listen, comprehend and analyze the customer's requests and provide them the best resolution in order to resolve the matter and close the case.
* Opt for the best plan of action (Using the internal procedures) to handle client's requests.
* Fluency in English and Middle Eastern Arabic in formal speaking and writing.
* Preferable to have a first experience as a customer support agent.
* Able to show a high degree of sensitivity for and comprehension of the other person's point of view and needs.
