As part of its development, Outsourcia is recruiting bilingual Hebrew/English Helpdesk Technicians for one of its customers.
Reporting to the helpdesk team leader, your main tasks will be to
- Receive and manage user requests
- Follow-up and processing of technical incidents
- Complete diagnosis of the incident with a view to intervention
- Incident logging
- Handling recurring incidents
- Quality of IT support service
- Perfect command of Hebrew AND English (processing in both languages at the same time)
- Good technical skills
- Good knowledge of hardware, servers and networks
- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people, in a professional manner, on the telephone and in writing.
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Immediately available
