Deskshore USA is a fast-growing US-based accounting BPO firm servicing over 600 business clients in the USA with all kinds of accounting-related services. After successfully branching out in the Philippines, Deskshore USA is now opening its first branch in Marrakesh.
We are looking for back-office Support Agents / First-class training and classes will be provided. No sales or cold calling involved.
* Be able to work on U.S. Eastern Standard Time (EST): 2 pm to 11 pm (Morocco time)
* Fluent in English (Writing and Verbal): All candidate MUST communicate clearly via phone and email with our clients in the U.S. (Clear verbal communication means light to no accent and excellent writing skills including correct spelling and use of the correct grammatical structure)
* a Minimum of Bac + 2 preferably in a business-related filed (accounting preferred)
* At least 1 full year of stable work experience
* Proficiency in use of computers (professional typing, MS Office- Mainly Excel and Word) / Typing skills will be tested
