Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Manager



We at Centrale Danone are looking for a person who is passionate about great candidate experience and recruitment to join us in the role of Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Manager.
You will be a part of a strong Talent & Learning Team in Morocco, that supports all of Danone's business and markets with Recruitment, Employer Brand, Talent Management as well as Trainings and Employee Development.
As a Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Manager, you will support and take the lead on recruitment processes in Morocco, ensuring we are finding, attracting, and developing the best candidates on the market. Apart from recruitment activities, you will have a chance, together with your team members, to coordinate many employer branding activities.

Your main responsibilities will be:



Anticipate sourcing needs; mastering sourcing methodology, assessment techniques and HR market trends ; Ensure that all hires are within the assigned budgets and approved through the appropriate delegated signatories ; Collaborate with the HRBP to identify future hiring needs and Key positions to proactively source potential hires ; Lead in in person interviews and model interviewing best practices by taking into account Danone's values (HOPE & CODES); Build a strong pipeline of candidates for Centrale Danone's core positions, for ease of fulfillment once positions open ; Ensure hiring managers and other interview attendees are prepared and well versed in interview process and best practices ; Provide regular status updates of recruitment efforts, success rates, estimated timelines, etc. Develop strong relationships with candidates and Hiring Managers in order to achieve a great candidate experience during the process and promote hiring manager satisfaction ; Use different sourcing options including networking, headhunting, and the use of social media; investigate and implement new ideas to find passive candidates ; Collaborate with Universities, student activities, and other organizations that would help supply a steady source for qualified CVs ; Coordinate Onboarding Sessions for New Joiners ; Undertake and implement Employer Brand and recruitment advertising initiatives from concept to completion ; Develop recruitment campaigns through job boards, social media, and other avenues to attract new talents ; Participate in networking events and be a brand ambassador for Centrale Danone. Plan, develop, implement and coordinate HR projects (Onboarding, Talent, Employer Branding, etc.) in order to support business goals and strategies.
At least 3-4 year of experience working in a similar role with the responsibility of the full recruitment process, from the job description to signed contract. Bachelor's degree within Human Resources or equivalent.
Understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations. Experience working in an international company is an advantage. Great communication skills in French & English written and spoken. Great interpersonal skills and experience developing connections within the HR team and with business associates. Excellent time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously.* Ability to handle multiple tasks and adjust to changing preferences in a fast-paced environment.
