Primary Job Function 


Implement a marketing and sales strategy for one or more of the organization's more complex, controversial, or strategically significant products/services in order to meet established sales & market share targets.


Manages all marketing activities of assigned product to support company objectives. Conducts analyses of the market segment, including identification of key growth drivers, opportunities and risks. May include determination of distribution channel solutions.


Core Job Responsibilities


  • Monitor, analyze, and evaluate product performance and customer feedback to generate new product ideas.
  • Identify product/service changes to meet customer needs.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and budgets.
  • Monitor sales volume, revenues and costs against forecasts.
  • Adapt plans to improve the sales performance of the product/service.
  • Liaise with advertising and promotions specialists to design sales campaigns and sales collateral for the product/service that are effective and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Drive the vision and Multi-Channel Engagement (MCE) strategy across all therapeutic areas/products in accordance with overall marketing strategy.
  • Build multi-year MCE tactical plan, in alignment with the strategy of the company.
  • Develop and implement effective MCE tools, e.g. automated marketing tools, e-mail/phone consent captures with HCPs & Pharmacists, webinars, remote visits etc.

  • Design and development of marketing strategy, programs and concepts for future new and in-line products for the local markets to support business growth
  • Deliver Business Results – Drive plans with the marketing and sales leaders to ensure sales performance of the products  
  • Market Insights – In-depth knowledge of local market and ability to analyze market intelligence in order to translate global brand strategy into meaningful marketing program for local customer needs that quickly captures share
  • Product Life Cycle Management - Has ability to grasp the product life cycle concept and thereby proactive measures on the portfolio in order to remain differentiated and competitive in the market; ability to understand therapy shifts in the market and therefore highly proactive and not reactive; ability to manage and navigate a complex portfolio.


Profile: 


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Medicine or Pharmacist
  • Marketing and/or promotions experience
  • Experience developing a strategy and executing on that strategy
  • Experience managing complex projects.
  • Understanding of the development and commercialization of pharmaceutical products in the Morocco Markets
  • Understanding of the Healthcare environment
  • Experience in Consumer and/or Managed Markets Strategy
  • Experience in Insight/Market Research
