about the role
Experience Minimum 5 years Proven experience as a Business Analyst in SDN or in IT & Network. Conducting tests, surveys, and workshops will be a part of your daily activity Work with colleagues and stakeholders to gain an in-depth understanding of critical business requirements. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, process modeling, and documentation. Familiarity with project management methodologies and software development lifecycle. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of relevant tools such as Microsoft Visio, JIRA, Confluence, etc. Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is advantageous.
Job Responsibilities
The primary role of a Business Analyst in SDN is to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and software development teams, ensuring that the software and systems developed align with business requirements.

Business Analyst for SDN solution QUALIFICATIONS OF SUPPLIER PERSONNEL
Supplier shall source for temporary worker(s) who shall perform the duties and responsibilities as Business Analyst for SDN (hereafter the “Assigned Personnel”), which shall include the following knowledge, skills and tools appropriate experience/qualifications. Furthermore, Supplier shall ensure that, if the Assigned Personnel is unable to work due to sickness or other involuntary event, it shall immediately replace such personnel with individual(s) with the same or better skill-set, experience and qualifications within 48 hours.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with senior-level management regarding the implementation of changes Ability to work in team and cross-functional projects, in a complex organization with different activities and multi-cultural environment (Europe, North America, Egypt, India…). Team spirit (you will work with other colleagues in different location) Technical driven: ability to acquire quickly technical information Must be curious, 'investigation' minded Autonomy & Flexibility as evolving in a changing environment Good synthesis skills (Both written and oral) Result driven, customer-centric approach.
