Our client, an international operator of telecommunications and one of the world leaders, is recruiting as part of the development of its activities in Tunisia, his Business Consultant Analyst Position
Missions:
- Analyze the trend and features of global & regional telecommunication industry technology & markets development, analyze and understand customers' challenges in network & market development
- Formulate recommendations and solutions with attention to customer's wishes capabilities and limitations forming detailed reports
- Analyze customer pain points and identify requirements from multiple dimensions such as services and networks
- Understand customers' challenges in network & marketing sides, provide on-site customized consultation service for marketing & Network development, communicate with the targeted top decision-makers (CEO/CTO/CMO), and promote the marketing / network solutions
- Move easily between big pictures thinking and managing relevant data
- Build trust with teams and stakeholders through open and honest conversation.

Qualifications:
- 15 Years of working experience in telecommunication-related industries; working with mobile/fixed operators & Vendors. Typically working in network planning/presale/strategy or marketing areas. Mobile/fixed operators experience is preferred
- Strong experience on Telecommunications networks such as planning &optimization radio networks on different technologies
- Analyze of customer current and future network demands, and proposal of the more suitable cost-benefit network technology and architecture
- Provide high level summits/workshops & engage with CXO & influence the decision making by promoting solutions / case studies that best fit the operators & vendor best interests for a win-win relation
- Excellent team spirit with good communications and interpersonal skills, able to work well in a fast-paced changing and multi-cultures
- Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

- Bachelor degree in telecommunication, electronics, computer or business administration /preferred major telecommunication or Marketing
