We are looking for a new Business Development Executive to work with us in one of our facilities that's based in Tangier, a candidate that have a previous experience in this field not less than 2 years and that have the academic background in Business Development or a similar major,
Tasks Summary and Responsibilities:
Main Responsibilities
* Bring new accounts, prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals in collaboration with the Business Development Director, Branch Managers and Consultants
* Be aware of all products and services offered by the Group and sister companies
* To review Client performance against weekly and monthly expectations
* Create business proposals and agreements to the benefit of both the company and the client
* Update the CRM with business development activities and communicate key outcomes with the Senior Managers and Directors
* Carry out in person client visits as needed to grow and maintain business
* Guide and support new Recruitment Consultants and Colleagues as required
* Identify development opportunities within area
* Provide reports to Directors as and when required
* Maintain strong business relationships with existing Clients as well as new
* Support with Client complaints as required
* Ensure compliance standards are adhered to
* Undertake on-call duties as required
