Here at Mindera, we are building a world-class team and would love it for you to join us. Working with our team, you will be involved in our sales and projects team. Prioritizing the sales pipeline, managing our existing clients, and prospect new ones. We are a global business, so our clients are around the world.



We are looking for a Business Developer who has experience working with sales, especially in the technology area. This person will work closely with the key stakeholders of the company and directly with the clients. This is a role that will steer and shape our business going forward.



The main focus for this role is 3 things: Relationships, Customers, and, Markets.
National and international expected traveling time varies according to project/client and organizational needs: 0%-50% estimated.



What we expect from this role:


  • Attend ‘meet and greet' pre-sales meeting
  • Distribute commercial information with the support of the Global pre-sales team
  • Attend meetings with potential clients to share Mindera services
  • Develop a cost model and ramp-up plans
  • Attend any Discovery phase and Sprint Zero's.
  • Document the Statement of Work (SoW) and gain Client's signature
  • Manage the account/hand over the account with the support of the Global Account team
