Your Profile:
- Level of Studies: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Psychology, Law or Human Resources fields
- Experience: Minimum 7 years experience in similar area and 2 years in current position
- Languange : Fluent in English
Main Responsabilities:
Task Detailed description of main activities
Strategic Line Management Support -Consult line management of dedicated functions to identify HR needs, develop a mid and long term HR strategy and tactical HR action planning in alignment with the business and HR strategy, enabling the function to achieve its strategic goals
-Prepare a future-ready organization including enhancing leadership culture, Succession Planning and Talent development program
Workforce, Performance & Succession Planning - Drive strategic workforce planning in collaboration with the business and controlling/finance
-Facilitate, coach and support the function leaders and management teams in performance management processes
- Provide guidance and enhance succession planning (Target for internal Hires: 75%)
Recruitment & Retention - Develop plans for recruitment & retention
- Manage recruitment and selcection for managerial positions in collaboration with local HR managers
Talent Management & Learning and Development -Help develop a future proof organization that ensures that retention of key talent and develop of key competencies
-Lead and execute the Talent management processes for your function supported by the EMEA Talent team
-Leadership Development Coaching and providing guidance to the management team regarding people topics as they arise
- Identify training needs at all levels in the organization
- Develop and ensure execution of trainings and workshops according to the business needs
Policies Ensure proper implementation of Yazaki and HR policies, i.e. the Compensation & Benefits policy, Relocation etc.
Projects -Participation in HR Projects, e.g. Employee engagement survey, Cultural Transformation,..
Change Management & Business Culture - Deliver Change Projects in line with the HR agenda
- Manage the people side of business projects including integration and restructuring and provide change management support in these processes
-Strengthen the business culture in the focus on Inclusive leadership, employee engagement, learning, development, and diversity to set up an organization for future growth
Data Monitoring, KPI's Monitor data to improve HR efficiency, collect and analyse HR data and KPIs to influence decision making
Compensation & Benefits - Support Functions management with running of annual salary review and bonus processes
- Provide input to the Compensation and Benefits team to ensure the organization remains an attractive employer
- Ensure the job leveling within your function is done in a fair and consistent manner in collaboration with EMEA HR and the Yazaki Job Architecture accurately reflects the hierarchy of jobs and roles within the organization and supports career development and growth
