Profil Recherché

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Excellent management skills, solid understanding of call volume management procedures
Proven experience in positively managing and coaching others towards high performance
Robust verbal and written communication skills
Able to understand end-to-end processes and their interdependencies
Fluent in English
