CATEGORY MANAGER MARKETING & SALES (GIP)
We are looking for an experienced CATEGORY MANAGER MARKETING & SALES located on site (Casablanca).
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Reporting to Cluster Category Manager you will be managing the procurement activities related to Marketing & Sales in (Northwest Africa). Working closely both with the business and GIP Cluster Category Management, you will be implementing and following up on Cluster and Global category strategies, localizing them or proposing alternatives if required.
The successful candidate will participate in financial planning and identify and deliver value within his/her area of responsibility. Very importantly you will be driving initiatives targeted at cost optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
You will be supporting business in identifying the pool of Strategic local suppliers, following Cluster guidelines and in accordance with Compliance rules. You will be negotiating strategic contracts and ensure optimum and sustainable supply conditions.
The successful candidate will recommend timely strategic actions where relevant, to prevent procurement inefficiencies. You will be ensuring effective supplier relationship management throughout.
The position exists to support managing the procurement activities for the Marketing category within own location following the Cluster/Global category strategies and identifying alternative if required. This role has the following main dimensions:
EDUCATION
University degree in Finance / Supply Chain / Procurement.
WORK EXPERIENCE
3+ years of experience in a similar role in a multinational company/FMCG company
