JOB ROLE/description:
In your B2B Solutions Regional Support Executive role, you will execute the RRP/IQOS Customer Service Centre strategy and market policies across all channels to provide the highest standards of service to our Field Force, Back Office Teams & B2B Operations team. You will be working closely with Field Force and building strong relationship with Field Force as well as the Back Office Teams.
You will be key member of team to support our Field Sales Force, Retailers & Trade Partners and Back Office team in providing services to our Consumers while transitioning from the traditional method of smoking to a Reduced Risk Product alternative.
Your role will be critical by being the go-to person between Back Office Team and Field Sales Force, we you will be ensuring the process are clear and deployed correctly, receiving, and answering the queries and directing them to the correct department in order to gain solution on timely manners.
You will be the key point of contact between Field Sales Force and back Back office teams to support with day-to-day queries including reading and analyzing data in order to share insights with relevant stakeholders as well as conducting timely completion of tasks to enable and support strategic planning as well as ensure a planned approach is taken for key tasks that drive efficiency for both Field Sales Force and Back Office team.

JOB COMPLEXITY:
Communication - The position requires the ability to influence deployments/outcomes, working with the field sales force and up line business planning team
Systems - proficiency in using multiple systems and processes accordingly, knowledge of Microsoft Office desirable

Profil Recherché

Experience in back office.
Ability to communicate, investigate and look for solutions.
Experience in using Microsoft Office- Excel and PowerPoint.
Customer approach and strong ability to convince.
Ability to influence the deployments/ results, working with Field Sales Force and Back Office Teams.
Competence in using multiple systems and process accordingly.
Good level in English both orally and in writing.
The taste for challenge while ensuring to carry out quality work, apply and respect the instructions.
