About the role:
This role supports the Franchise Director in developing our channel commercial execution growth pillars. Responsible to drive cold space expansion across the franchise in line with the strategic priority to double the bet. Lead the evolution of the Franchise's Commercial processes, e.g. :RED (right execution daily), Alternate RTM (route to market) as we evolve to a consumer-centric organization. Metrics Management: Custodian of all channel metrics, responsible to manage commercial metrics dashboards. This role will also provide commercial analysis and reports. Build right systems and routines to collate and publish reports for the team. Responsible for driving the OU (operating unit) Execution Cup – monthly reporting and tracking of progress, collation of quarterly results, for specific channel. Project management of various channel initiatives
What You'll Do for Us
Provides thought leadership and fact-based insights and methodologies to identify, develop, and execute the best possible growth paths through the analysis of business drivers, current reality and future trends, competitive landscape & dynamics in our and adjacent business/categories, as well as internal capabilities and external factors that affect or could affect the business
Integrate with other functions & processes and provide oversight and management to multiple initiatives, connecting and bring synergy to ensure that work is completed efficiently, adjusting priorities, effectively track progress and identify issues
Works closely with our bottling partners to activate in-market initiatives to experiment and learn how s egmentation s olutions can drive incremental business growth
Collaborate with the s trategy and i nsights community on linking c onsumer s egmentation with m arket s egmentation efforts to maximize efforts
Lead the s trategy d efinition and i mplementation of s uper / h yper c hannel strategies across the s ystem in balance with the s ystem's served c hannels, vs. other growing channels and competitors to protect our business base and profitability
Build an understanding of the channel and customer business model, needs and expectations and assess our opportunity to connect with these for un-parallel value creation
Lead development of a l ong- t erm s uper & h yper c hannel strategy, based on strategic analysis, opportunity identification via r evenue mapping, and identification and alignment on key profit pools over the medium to long term.
Develop an i nvestment plan against identified strategic i mperatives with financial analysis, breakeven and ROI estimations
Collaborates and drives buy-in with the b ottling team on the strategic imperatives and required i nvestment plans, with aligned milestones and KPIs, as well as i nvestment sharing arrangements
L eads the R eliability Growth Management (RGM) process in the channel to optimize volume / revenue mix by pack and brand and identifies future opportunities
Leads the development and implementation of specific incidence & frequency driving programs
Leads key channel specific shopper/customer insight development to build a strong insights and analytics base for channel planning and execution
Drives the development of business case, and the launch of region-specific new product/package launches, new off-take driving programs, as well as, ensures the successful execution of national innovation projects
Qualification & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration or related field required
12+ years of experience in marketing, product marketing or related field
Experience in a cross-functional or highly matrixed organization
Experience having owned/shaped/led growth and marketing strategy for global product line.
Deep marketing expertise in market & customer insights, segmentation, product commercialization and branding
Ability to motivate and work well with diverse, global and cross functional teams.
Candidate must have a proven track record of delivering results through leadership and growth behaviors and strategy building experience
