Your Profile:
- Level of studies : Engineering degree in industrial fields or equivalent
- Experience: Min 7 years of Experience on one of the following operation position (Quality, Engineering, Production)
- Main competencies:
- * Customers requirement knowledges,
* Quality tools, FMEA, Manufacturing process End to End
* Communication, decision and leading skills
- % Travel Time : 40%
Main Responsabilities:
Task Detailed description of main activities % of total working time spent on this task (optional)
Team Leadership Provides direction instructions and quidence to the team,to ensure they can and do fulfill their given task at WH Sub Contructer and Plants
Leadership to drive Quality Task with WH Sub Contructors and Plants 25%
Countinuous Improvement Managing the Claim Management Process with Plant ,measurement KPIs and continuos improvement through deployment of failure preventive methods and reduce concerns and subsequently eleminate them (Plants)
Identifies Improvement potentials areas and develops strategies to implement such in the area of Monitoring and Development of the supply base (Plants /WH Subcontructors) 25%
Team Management Leading the assigned Plants/WH Subcontructors and coach and train them to achive their given targets,balanced and organize workload
Leading the area of Quality and setting the standards and processes with CQ
Advise and supports to escalation scenario and manages the turn around and improvement to reach a stable supply again 25%
Auditing WH Sub contructers and Plants urgent , needed project steps and escalation issues responsible for Process Audit 25%
