ABOUT THE ROLE


The Brand Marketing and Recruitment Associate will support efforts in identifying and attracting talent for our programs, while assisting in strategies to engage and onboard new learners. This role involves collaborating in talent recruitment, leads nurturing,,  online & offline marketing, and metrics & reporting.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Talent Recruitment: Assist in developing and executing targeted recruitment strategies. Engage with potential learners through various channels to promote our training programs.
  • Supply Partnerships: Support lead generation and relationship building with key stakeholders and institutions.
  • Offline Marketing: Participate in organizing and attending promotional events, and assist in running information sessions.
  • Lead Nurturing: Manage nurturing leads through online and offline event activations, managing community engagement on social channels, and conducting newsletter follow-ups.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Ensure an efficient tracking of the recruitment campaign, while properly collect data, and prepare reportings. 
  • Collaborative Project Management: Work closely with the rest of the team to ensuring that acquisition and recruitment strategies are integrated and aligned with each other.

RE QUIREMENTS :.


  • Professional degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-3  years of experience in marketing.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Experience in setting up offline events.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written); 
  • Relationship-driven: highly skilled communicator with a strong customer service focus and desire to do what's best for our customers at all times  
  • Attention to detail: to ensure you deliver the best customer experience and promptly follow up on all the information they need
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills: you can effectively articulate and communicate ideas both verbally and in writing
  • Interpersonal skills: you have a collaborative mindset and can work well with others
  • Humility and openness to feedback: you are always looking to learn and have an insatiable curiosity and hunger to grow
  • Innovativeness and creativity: you have a tendency to use your imagination to create or introduce something new or different in any situation
