Four Seas ons Casablanca is looking for a Conference Services Executive who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything he / she does.

Desired Skills and Experience:



Ensure the successful execution of groups from the hotel's standpoint while prioritizing client satisfaction.
Collaborate with clients on creative menu presentations and event proposals to maximize
revenue, profit potential, and contractual fulfillment.
Arrange venue bookings, catering, audio-visual equipment, and other logistical needs. Coordinate transportation, accommodation, and related services for attendees.
Conduct pre-conference meetings to introduce group clients to key hotel departments and understand client expectations.
Coordinate with the Sales Department and Catering to maximize function space utilization for maximum revenues.
Finalize requirements for confirmed bookings, upsell to maximize revenue potential, and ensure effective communication with all departments.
Find solutions to the inevitable challenges and glitches that arise while groups are on property and keep Sales & catering departments and Planning Committee promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters so prompt corrective action can be taken where appropriate.
Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, capacities and dimensions of meeting space and basic operational needs of all operating departments
Gather feedback from clients and attendees for assessing event success.
Prepare post-event reports, including financial summaries and recommendations for future events.
Supervise the execution of banquet events.
Embrace the Golden Rule when dealing with guests and internal customers.
Use a unique personality and service style to fulfill Four Seasons Brand and Hotel standards, creating a memorable experience.

Experience:



Prior experience of 2 or more years directly working with a Hotel or Resort within the Conference Services department or operational department.
Fluency in French, Arabic and English is a must.
Due to the local work permit policy in the country, we are looking only for candidates with a valid Moroccan Work Permit .
