50/50 split position includes 50% catering sales, and 50% conference services. Manager would have a catering sales goal and be a participant in the hotel's catering incentive plan, as well as handle the servicing of conference services groups. Ideal Candidate would be currently a Hotel Catering Sales or Conference Services Manager with excellent sales skills, detail orientation, and organizational skills. Ability to multi-task and move quickly are essential. Positve, energetic attitude required.
