What you will do:
- Offer support for Cloud services;
- Provide stellar user experience via emails;
- Maintain the highest level of operational standards for cloud technologies while executing best practices in operations and ongoing maintenance;
- Assist with the documentation of all system processes and procedures to ensure standardization, and best security practices.
Requirements:
- Fluent French and English (advanced command of both written and verbal French and English);
- AWS certificate/practical experience with AWS;
- Knowledge of IT operations and basic methodologies;
- Experience in technical support;
- Ability to analyze and do research.
