Description du poste Tasks :
- Participate in technical workshops to understand customers' IT needs and constraints
- Participate in the technical design and implementation of Salesforce modules and ecosystem solutions into the IT system of the customer
- Realize the complex settings of the solution and develop the interfaces necessary for good integration with the Information System of the customer and its technical environment
- Write the technical specifications
- Participate in the definition of integration tests, the writing of test books, and the follow-up.
- Maintain and upgrade your level of competence to know the new features of Salesforce and API management tools
- Regularly take new technical Salesforce certifications
- Share your knowledge with the other members of the team.
Profile :
- A first proven experience in a technical consultant role, in the implementation and integration of systems around CRM
- Dynamic and autonomous in search for solutions and innovations
- Fluent English and business English are essential (minimum intermediate level).
- Technical knowledge: Java, Webservices, SOAP, REST, Angular, XML
Nice to have :
- Desirable Salesforce certifications
- Knowledge of API management or ETL solution
