Key Responsibilities:
The Project Program Management Senior Advisor manages projects in the Global Call Center Operations (GCCO) team from initiation through delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, measuring & driving progress to bring distinct, specific Global Service Contact Center projects to completion on time, within budget and high quality. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of Telephony implementations, call routing, site movement and contact center operations.
Typically responsible for medium to large sized or Regional/Multi-Regional projects and significant components of multiple projects
Impact is on multiple functions or processes and could have global impact
Able to tie regional request to larger global implementations and manage on time and in budget delivery
Identify and request resources as necessary to ensure deliverables are met
Evaluate and implement best practices techniques that ensure goal achievement
Influence and manage continuous improvement of project/program process, practices and initiatives, be the point of contact during the project for all aspects of the engagement
Essential Requirements
Fluency in English is required
10+ years of related experience with a bachelors degree; or 6+ years with a Masters degree
Resource management and Solution design ability
Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Advanced communication, problem solving and presentation skills
Advanced product/technology/industry knowledge
Ability to lead large project teams and communicate clearly and present at the senior leadership levels
