-Ability to manage communications internally and externally, through media, social media and other appropriate channels

Min. Education requirements Master ou Diplome universitaire supérieur (Doctorat ou PhD, diplôme d'ingénieur d'Etat) dans l'un des domaines ci-après : Gestion de l'environnement, changements climatiques, Développement durable, Energies renouvellables, ou tout autre domaine pertinent pour le projet. Min. years of relevant work experience



Une expérience professionnelle d'au moins 2 ans dans le domaine du développement durable, gestion de l'environnement. Une Expérience significative d'au moins 2 ans dans le développement et la mise en œuvre et/ou la planification de projets de coopération avec des bailleurs de fonds internationaux ;

Required skills



Avoir une bonne connaissance du contexte environnemental marocain, de l'organisation territoriale nationale et des conventions internationales dans le domaine de l'environnement et du DD/Climat (CCNUCC, Protocole Kyoto, CDM, Accord de Paris, CDN, CBD). Une connaissance des politiques publiques en général du Maroc (stratégies sectorielles, SNDD, Nouveau modèle de développement, plans d'action, mesures spécifiques, actions opérationnelles, etc.) ; Compétences techniques confirmées dans les domaines du changement climatique et du Développement durable en général ; Une bonne connaissance opérationnelle des acteurs institutionnels et professionnels marocains concernés par le projet ; Solide expérience en matière de gestion sensible au genre, de concertation et de montage de partenariats avec des acteurs sociaux, professionnels et institutionnels variés y compris privé; Maîtrise des méthodes et outils de planification et de suivi-évaluation de projet (Gestion axée sur résultats, Standards Environnementaux et Sociaux, Analyse genre, etc.) ; Compétences en coordination d'équipes, y compris dans des environnements complexes, multi-acteurs et multi-bailleurs ; Compétences dans le développement et la mise en œuvre de processus participatifs pour faciliter le dialogue entre les différentes parties prenantes ; Expérience en matière de plaidoyer ; Aptitudes à l'utilisation d'outils informatiques et de bureautique.

Une expérience professionnelle en matière de coordination de projets avec une Agence des Nations Unis au Maroc serait un atout.
