Your Role
- Receive customer programs: EDI (computer data interchange);
- Analyze the feasibility of programs with current production conditions;
- Negotiate the possibilities of adjusting the programs with the capacity of the plant;
- Communicate to the various departments the impact of new orders on the capacity levels of the factory;
- Prepare the BuildPlan (MPS) as well as the Upload (MRP);
- Prepare the production and assembly plan including capacity studies;
- Ensure the daily production schedule;
- Ensure the application and maintenance of the conditions of the production system;
- Analysis of machines that exceed capacity;
- Participate in continuous improvement projects within the MPC department;
- Collaborate with all departments related to production to ensure the achievement of optimal results;
- Modification of the schedule in the event of production incapacity;
- Ensure a succinct analysis of the client programs received in order to guarantee the best optimal results;
- Ensure the application of quality standards;
- Ensure the application of safety standards;
- Ensure the application of environmental procedures.
Your Background
- Bac+5 in logistics or international trade.
- Good level in languages: English, French;
- Good communication skills;
- Know-how in team management;
- Logistics knowledge; Mastery of computers.
