Description du poste MAIN MISSIONS:
  • Supervise the functioning of the quality team internally


  • Ensure the interface and exchange of information with the client.
  • Manage final control records with coordinators
  • Ensure the follow-up and communication of internal and external indicators and non-conformities and customer complaints
  • Animate and supervise the development of action plans following internal and external complaints
  • Participate in the development and updating of FMEAs
  • Develop and update Monitoring Plans
  • Track and address internal and customer rejections
  • Supervise prototype control and pre-series
  • Information and training of controllers on each complaint or new definition
  • Stop production to correct internal or external quality problems
  • Manage customer security in case of non-compliance found
  • Participate in the documentation of the quality part of EI and PPAP following a new project or modification in collaboration with the engineering department
  • Respond to QN quality notices to the SQTS system
  • Track customer feedback
  • Provide internal quality training for seamstresses and controllers
  • Respect the 7 Key Safety and Hygiene Elements
QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENT SYSTEM RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Actively collaborate with all functions to achieve/maintain the following certifications:


  • ISO TS 16949
  • ISO 14001
REQUIREMENTS :
  • Quality Engineering Degree


  • Notable experience in a similar position/industry
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficiency in both English and French
