To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Customer Quality Specialist Level 1 in our plant in [[location]].


Position Tasks:


Follow the quality  KPI's: 


* Follow up the 8D's progress in the GQRS system according to due dates.
* Ensure all agreed actions are implemented and duplicated in other line.
* Follow up the open claims on the system in order to not have any one more than 90 days.
* Prepare and assist the customer audits.
* Lead the quality road map within the plant.
* Follow up the communications EQO: Yokoten and Survey.
* Lead the PPAP projects preparation and compilation...


Improve the product  quality:


* Ensure the QIP is prepared and implemented.
* Ensure a good reactivity for the customer.


Contribute  in the good project  progress:


* Ensure the PSW's and the deviations are done on time.


Respect the quality standards:
* Ensure the respect of the QMS expectations (IATF 16949), the applications of procedures YEL/YMK, the applications of all work standards and rules related to the EHS (ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001) and the 5S.


* Ensure the respect of the customer specifications (CSR)


Position Requirement: 


Education Level:  BAC+5 (Quality / Automotive)


Other Required Qualification:  Knowledge of the basic quality tools: PDCA, Ishikawa, 5 Whys


Professional Experience in related area:  0-1 Year 


Language: French; English:  Fluent
