To strengthen our teamwork & to develop our internal employees' skills, we are looking for a Customer Quality Specialist.


  • Level of studies: Bac+5 in Quality, Engineering, Production, or Technical field
  • Experience : Min 5 years experience on automotive industry
  • Language: Fluent speaker of French and English
  • High communication skills

Attributions & Tasks: 


  • Ensure the Interface with Customer Service Center (CSC) and Quality Resident Engineer (QRE) of different customer sites.
  • Ensure the treatment and the follow-up of internal and external complaints via the 8D methodology and the Global Quality Reporting System (GQRS) portal.
  • Travel to the customer production centers for on-site assessment and analysis of nonconformities..
  • Follow-up of corrective and preventive action plans for external and internal complaints and their effectiveness through QIP (quality road map).
  • Supervise the respect and the maintain of corrective / preventive actions to avoid recurrences.
  • Follow -up of external quality performance indicators: PPM and Ranking
  • Follow-up and implementation of corrective and improvement actions to reduce non-quality costs
  • Organize and supervise the customer audits.
  • Follow the actions plan of customer audits.
  • Perform the system, process and layered audits.
  • Supervise the implementation of transversal improvement actions and ensure their effectiveness.
  • Responsible for team management subordinates and quality inspectors..
  • Ensure the application of internal procedures in relation to the customer service.
  • Ensure the application of EHS  rules  within its area of work and inform the concerned persons in case of any non-respect of these rules..
  • Guarantee and contribute to the application of the ANPQP (Alliance New Product Quality Procedure) approach.
  • Manage and follow the project milestones through the preparation of quality reviews (QFR) as part of GPMS.
  • Contribute to the reliability of the process / product couple through the participation in the analysis of quality risks from the prototype phases (PFMEA, Risk Assessment, Control plan ...).
  • Ensure the application of internal procedures in relation with new project launch and transfer projects.
