This is an exciting full-time, on-site role located in Agadir as a Call Center Sales Executive. You will be responsible for handling a high volume of outbound sales calls to UK customers selling them various products and services whilst meeting monthly sales targets. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer is fully aware of the product or service they are buying whilst adhering to strict compliance guidelines. You will also need to update customer information and maintain accurate records of customer interaction.

Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
Fluency in English language
Strong verbal communication skills
Good listening and problem-solving skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Good level of computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
