Your mission will be to provide the best service, via phone and email, and play a vital role in promoting the brand and its image.
The ideal candidates must have the following:
* An excellent command of English
* Focused on customer satisfaction
* Willing to work full-time
* Prior experience customer service or sales, preferably in a call center, is a plus
* A bachelor degree in English Studies is a plus
