For our entity in Casablanca - Morocco, we are looking for an Customer Service Officer to join the Supply Chain and Controlling team of Agriculture Products Maghreb.
What you can expect
Roles & Responsibilities
* Order processing of all transaction type orders, from order entry till goods delivered to final
destinations
* Support Supply chain manager all over the S&OP process: pre-S&OP preparation, meetings
planning, “24 months rolling sales forecast” data update.
* Preparation & follow up purchasing forecast for stock replenishment
* Plan timetables for order confirmations according to AP business rules (Frozen period, production windows ect…)
* Forecast entry in APO
* Masterdata management: create and maintain new customers, new products and new packagings according to BASF guidelines
* Follow up customs clearance for stock business (Morocco)
* Preparation and follow up of customs clearance files
* Prepare periodical or specific reports & presentations on management request.
* Take full ownership/responsibility and ensure that all back-office processes from customer order receipt to payment receipt.
* Receivables Management: Monitoring customer over dues, resolving account and pricing queries together with AR.
* Process Non -Conformances (NCM) according to BASF rules.
* Follow up and collaboration with finance for the payment to the 3rd party suppliers
* Active representation of BASF's interests.
* Contribution to maintaining the long-term competitiveness of the BASF Group.
* Adherence to and compliance with all BASF guidelines and procedures.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills Required
* Master's degree in supply chain/ logistics or equivalent qualification
* Minimum 2 years work experience in supply chain or logistics,
* Familiarity with SAP and excellent Microsoft office skills.
* Fluent French & Arabic & proficient English level (written and oral)
* Strong interpersonal/organizational skills
* Highly motivated, pro-active self-starter
