We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives for inbound calls. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing excellent service and resolving inquiries promptly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from customers with professionalism and courtesy.
- Listen actively to customers' inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve complex customer issues.
