Description du poste Scope:
The key responsibility of the Digital Marketing Manager is to lead and execute all branding and digital marketing activities in conjunction with the Director of Marketing & Communication in order to achieve and exceed the property's goals.
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for:
- Develop and implement all digital marketing campaigns, marketing databases, email campaigns, social media campaigns, and display advertising campaigns.
- Maintain and strengthen our social media presence by designing, building and managing content.
- Obtain ROI and KPIs for all digital marketing campaigns, and measure and report their performance.
- Analyse trends and insights and optimize spending and performance accordingly.
- Increase revenues through creative strategies.
- Enhance user experience and create landing pages with internal teams.
- Ability to analyse end-to-end customer experiences across multiple channels.
- Work with agencies and other vendors.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies.
- Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
What we are looking for:
- B.S./M.S. degree in marketing or a closely related field.
- An experience of three years in Internet marketing, eCommerce, or a related field in hospitality/travel.
- Experiencing luxury brands.
- Knowledge of marketing systems and programs.
- Strong project management skills.
- Solid understanding of both traditional and online marketing strategies and tactics.
- Extensive experience in managing content and analyzing web and social media traffic.
- Strong understanding of website and social media dynamics.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects independently.
- Confident, energetic, and enthusiastic.
- Creative and experienced in developing engaging, informative and motivating digital campaigns for target audiences.
- Ability to analyze data and think broadly.
- Keeping up with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
