Ideally the candidate has prior experience in leading a hotel opening or major renovation/conversion and working in the local market. You report directly to the property General Manager, with a dotted-line (functional) reporting relationship to the Vice President of the Luxury Human Resources Leader Europe and will be an integral member of the property executive committee. As a member of the Human Resources organization, you contribute a high level of human resource generalist knowledge and expertise for our new property. You will be accountable for talent acquisition, succession/workforce planning, performance management and development for property employees, using technology efficiently, and coaching/developing others to help influence and execute business objectives in the most efficient manner. Your versatile tasks include: You are the first point of contact for the executives you comprehensively supervise in all strategic and operational HR topics. Especially in the opening phase, you will put together an efficient HR team and implement HR processes and policies to ensure compliance with French employment law.
