We are looking for English Speaking Customer Service Advisors who will be representing a famous leader company in car and van rental for the UK market.
n your role as a customer service and sales representative, you will be required to take calls with the primary goal of providing great service in all circumstances (questions, complaints, sales requests for advice and help, and level 1 technical support request).
Your skills include:
- Reacting to a wide range of client cases over the phone
- Paying close attention to customer demands and displaying understanding
- Answer calls from customers, deal with their queries appropriately. Where the customer is calling with a reservation query, you will work to convert that customer into a confirmed sale
- Deciding on the best course of action (appeal process) to manage the customer case
- Remain composed and professional at all times.
- Log and record customer cases using the proper tool.
- Exhibit a mindset that portrays the business in the best light possible.
Have an excellent command of English (level C1 WRITTEN and SPOKEN)
- Proven experience, ideally in a call center, and preferably in a English speaking project focused on technical support or customer service
- Good computer skills
- Responding to a wide variety of customer cases via phone and email
- Excellent problem-solving skills
